Consumer Care Specialist Requirements
A consumer care specialist should have expertise in the following directions :
- Handle Customer enquiries relating to our products and club activities;
- Provide inbound and outbound calls to our customers;
- must possess a Diploma in consumer care work field;
- Preparation of the consumer care book & consumer care package in the Integral Product Development (IPD) process including product service policy & spare part management;
- Acting as a member of a multi-disciplinary team with co-responsibility for the team objectives and co-operation within the team;
- Determining and monitoring the service policy regarding products, including taking a decision on whether a defective product will be repaired or replaced on the basis of its construction and price.
You should also be honest and answer to the following question: “What’s your biggest weakness?”
